Kerry G. Tilley

Kerry Tilley has been the Senior Pastor at First Assembly since 1992. He was ordained with the West Texas District Council of the Assemblies of God, April 1996. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Lubbock Christian University; a B.A. in Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA; an A.A. in General Studies from Odessa College in Odessa, TX; he has completed graduate level work at the University of Texas, Arlington; and he holds a Diploma in Ministerial Studies from Global University in Springfield, MO. Pastor Tilley was awarded the Distinguished Achievment Award in Organizational Management, Cohort 33; and serves on the Sectional Committe for the South Plains Section.

Pastor Tilley and his wife, Reva, have two children -- Meagan and Morgan.

Meagan Tilley

Meagan is currently attending the University of Texas, Permian Basin in Odessa, TX and has been working with the children's ministry of First Assembly since 1999. She began serving as the Children's Director in January, 2004. In September of 2006 Meagan was appointed as the Director of Student Ministries when the childrens ministry and youth ministry were combined to form the department of student ministries. Each ministry still functions at an age appropriate level. Children's services are conducted on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, and Youth services are conducted on Wednesday evenings. Meagan conducts the children's service on Sundays and the youth service on Wednesday. She oversees both ministries and coordinates ministry and events for both childrens and youth ministries.

Harlene Floyd

Harlene has been serving as the Director of Christian Education since 1997. Harlene has been involved in Christian Education ministry for several years. Harlene and her husband, Gene, have two adult daughters, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
